who owns the property? Can people not go there without a membership?
Never been to Mont O'Brien, but I'd love to go. Maybe this September. My relatives have been in that area since 1862 and I'd like to see that the Mont is available for use for the public for many years to come. Thank you. Jeanne St-Aubin Appleton, WI USA

You should not allow two persons who are related to be on the same committee, thus there would be no need to separate them.
Avoid conflicts of interest. don't run the association the way recreation and council does.

Any private land owners and developers who stand to profit from Mont O'Brien should not be on the board because it is a conflict of interest for a non-profit organisation whose mandate is to protect flora and fauna and the wilderness character of the land.

Regarding contract work, ensure the person(s) contracted for the work are reliable and committed to customer satisfaction.

I don't think having a bike ralley would benifit the landscape. Bikes tend to tear up the roads in my opinion.
