Delivery times
The delivery time depends on the product availability. Please check the availability status on the page of the product you are interested in. You can find information on any applicable customs duties . No delivery on bank holidays.
The item is available. Items with this availability status are sent within 1-2 working days after the receipt of payment.
This item cannot be ordered. It is no longer available or has been discontinued. You can order a similar item from a different manufacturer.
Safe Order
The return process is now even easier and more convenient. The standard deadline for product returns is 14 days from the date of receipt. However, you now you have an opportunity to extend it to 200 days.
To do so, simply activate the Safe Order option in the last step of placing your order.
Please note: this service does not apply to tyres and bulky items, and goods from orders placed without activating the service.
You will have more than 14 times the standard return period to return spare parts without needing to give a reason for the order cancellation.
You can extend the deadline for a product return to 200 days for just 2,99 €.
How to return a product using the Safe Order option:
- Please create a product return request in your personal account at autodoc.parts or contact customer support beforehand.
- Send us the spare part in its original packaging with the invoice enclosed.
- The spare parts should be unused, undamaged, and unmounted.
The Safe Order option only applies to one return per order. Once we receive the spare part back from you, it will be thoroughly examined. If it meets the above-mentioned requirements, we will exchange the item for another one or refund your money, whichever you prefer.
