Alfa Romeo 155The model was a sporty mid-range sedan. The assembly was carried out between 1992 and 1997 at the factory in Pomigliano d'Arco, Italy. In total more than 192 thousand Alfa Romeo 155 cars came off the production line.
Alfa Romeo 155 I generationIn January 1992, the concept of racing Alfa Romeo 155 GTA won a championship in Barcelona, 鈥嬧�媋nd two months later at the Geneva Motor Show a production model was launched. The company developed the car on the Fiat Tipo platform.
The vehicle design was developed by a group of experts from I.DE.A Institute under the direction of Ercole Spada. As a result, the car received not only a stylish look, but also excellent aerodynamics, the drag coefficient was equal to 0.29. The model was the last car of a V-shaped body.

The model has been used extensively in motorsport, and brought its teams a lot of victories. Over the production years, Alfa Romeo 155 repeatedly took first places in the championships of Italy, Germany, Spain and the UK.
Alfa Romeo 155 I generation restylingIn 1995, the manufacturer has made changes in the car design. The car has received a new style of the front bumper and fenders and a grille with chrome elements. The track width of some modifications has been increased for better stability and handling.
The car interior was also subject to changes. The manufacturer has improved the ergonomics of the seats and the dashboard. Higher-quality materials were used for the interior trim. In 1997, the model was discontinued.
